How to Cancel or Edit Your Membership
Canceling a Membership
To cancel your membership, please submit a formal cancellation request through the member portal:
Go to beta.portal.approach.app and sign in/create an account.
Click the headset icon in the top navigation.
Select Memberships from the left sidebar.
Find the membership you want to cancel and open the three‑dot menu.
Choose Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.
Editing a Membership
For all other membership changes or updates:
Go to Support in the left sidebar.
Select New Request.
Submit the details of the update you’d like to make.
