• 2-Days of competition

  Climbers compete for two full days of competition and ultimate climbing challenges.

• New volumes and holds

  New volume and holds will take climbing to the next level. An experienced setting team will put together creative problems for the comp. 

• $3,500 Cash Purse

  Climbers can compete for a share of the $3,500 cash purse! Exclusively for registered open competitors placing in the top three of men's and women's categories.

• Over $2,000 in Prizes and Raffle Items

  Beginner and seasoned pros competed for a chance to win from $2,000 of our sponsored prize from brands such as Friction Labs, Hitorii, Organic Climbing, La Sportiva, and more.

• Music, Food, and Drinks
  The finals include Music/DJ, McGreggor’s Wandering Weiner Wagon, and cold beer for spectators.

• Garage sale
  Climbers and spectators can shop the garage sale and purchase gear, merch, used holds, and more. All garage sale proceeds support Team Beta.

BB12 Competition Format

Boulder Blast 12 is a two-day competition format full of action-packed climbing. The competition consisted of:

• Open Qualifier – Climbers compete for a spot in open finals, with the top five men and women advancing to compete for the $3,500 cash purse, exclusively available to registered open competitors.

• Community Rounds – A fun, low-stakes competition for all ages and abilities, with a chance to win over $2,000 in prizes.

• Open Finals – The top five men and women from qualifiers compete in the most exciting part of the event—one you won't want to miss, so stick around and watch!

• January 29 -February 11: $55 member, $65 guest

• Register by February 23rd for guaranteed shirt size

• February 12 -March 19: $65 member, $75 guest

• Day of March 20-21: $75 member, $85 guest

• Spectator Pass: Free entry
