YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

This class is designed specifically for climbers! Yoga and climbing go together like peanut butter and jelly. Yoga will help improve your flexibility, balance, core strength, breathing, focus, and mental fortitude. Our instructors Laura and Gina will focus on shoulder and chest openers, wrist care, and core to help stretch and strengthen your entire body and take your climbing career to new heights!
Wednesday's from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
