PILATES FOR CLIMBERS
Join Certified Pilates Instructor, Anna Chleboun, for a 60-minute Mat Pilates class designed specifically for climbers! Anna’s classes have focused on synchronizing breath with movement, improving posture and alignment, and strengthening the core while increasing range of motion and flexibility.
Since this class will act as cross-training specifically for climbers, exercises will work to build strength and flexibility in your spine, increase joint stability (for all those drop-knees) and counteract shoulder protraction (for that notorious climber’s hunchback).
Monday’s from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
