The Beta Training Program's winter class cycles are SOLD OUT! They have provided great tools to our members for effective training protocols. Due to popular demand, we are offering a TWO DAY INTENSIVE covering all that is contained in the classes.
Through careful and practical instruction of the movements that are safe and easily scalable, learn how to begin incrementally increasing full body strength, grip strength, lock-off strength, power, stamina and endurance. Everything a climber needs to improve strength and ability!
Additionally, you will be exposed to the underlying premise and principles that govern this comprehensive program - giving you the ability to periodize and prioritize both your climbing time and training time, all of which yields long-term, sustainable results.
Space is limited to 6 participants to maintain a high level of instruction.

9 am to 1 pm
Each morning will consist of both practical instruction and white board presentation. Bring snacks, climbing shoes, a notebook and a willingness to learn and workout.
