Yoga for Climbers with Devin Hubbard

As an undergrad at Northern Arizona University, Devin was introduced to climbing and a dream was realized; he finally discovered a sport which married his love for the outdoors and his passion for powerful precise movement. But after working at a climbing gym for a couple years he began to notice the wear and tear that persistent rock climbing inflicted on the human body and began to develop a specifically targeted Yoga series that would help build strong lean muscle while at the same time apply restorative techniques in order to keep a person healthy and climbing at their maximum level. The combination of Body, Mind, and Spirit that it takes to climb a piece of rock and practice Yoga are remarkably similar and practicing them in union will allow for quick gains in both fields. Yoga for Climbers has been designed by climbers for climbers to help build flexibility, breath control, and a sense of body awareness to help practitioners take their climbing to that next level.
