Friday - 9/29/2017

There will be no planned activities on Friday night, but feel free to come secure a camp site. We'll be there setting up for the big day.

Saturday - 9/30/2017

9:00 - 11:00 AM: Competitor and Volunteer Check-In/Day-Of Registration (cash only)

All climbers need to check-in at the registration table, collect your scorecard and competition packet, and complete any documents if you haven't already.

NOTICE: Day-Of Registration is $50.00 CASH ONLY.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Gym Waiver forms will be available. These MUST be completed to compete. 

10:00 - 11:30 AM: Announcements/Lunch

General competition information and rules will be announced in the main parking lot.

Flagstaff’s own Wil’s Grill will be onsite serving a variety of food available for purchase.

12:00 - 5:00 PM: Competition Time!

The competition will kick-off promptly at noon. The horn will sound again at 5:00 PM sharp alerting the end of the competition.

All scorecards must be turned in by 5:30 PM.

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Raffle

Raffle prizes will be drawn in the main parking lot prior to the Award Ceremony. Please note that you must be present to win.

7:00 - 8:00 PM: Award Ceremony

Join us in the main parking lot for the Award Ceremony.

Sunday - 10/1/2017

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Clean-Up

It's was probably a long night, let's all clean up the campsites and reminisce on a time well spent.
