YOGA FOR CLIMBERS
Join instructor Gina Goegan as she teaches you about one of her great passions in life, yoga. Gina received her teacher certification in 2012 from Flagstaff's own Northern Arizona Yoga Center. From there, Gina taught yoga classes at the Northern Arizona Yoga Center before heading to Pennsylvania to deepen her yoga practice at the Himalayan Institute and Yoga International.
Gina has over 5 years of experience teaching multiple styles of yoga, from vinyasa flow to restorative.

This class is designed specifically for climbers! Yoga and climbing go together like peanut butter and jelly. Yoga will help improve your flexibility, balance, core strength, breathing, focus, and mental fortitude. Gina will focus on shoulder and chest openers, wrist care, and core to help stretch and strengthen your entire body and take your climbing career to new heights!
