Tailored training with mikael mrotek


Beta Bouldering Gym has partnered with local climber Mikael Mrotek to offer our most unique training program to date. Mikael will provide members with individual coaching and create personalized training programs tailored toward your abilities and desired outcome.

Whether your goal is to climb 5.10 or V16, Mikael will work one on one with you to focus on your strengths and weaknesses to ensure that your goal is met. Structured around a 90-day training cycle, members will learn effective injury prevention and strength training, all while developing the tools required to achieve your climbing goals.

Class Schedule

Mikael will train each member individually to ensure each training session is personable and unique to the member. Sign-ups will be on a first come, first serve basis. Space will be limited to 4 participants per cycle to maintain a high level of personal instruction.

Members will train with Mikael 1-2 times a week, or as needed. As athletes become more proficient in training techniques, additional slots will become available to the next member on our waitlist. Mikael’s schedule is very flexible and can accommodate most people.
