Beta is the largest, full service indoor bouldering gym in Northern Arizona. We opened our state-of-the-art facility in the Fall of 2012 to provide the growing climbing community a place to train, socialize, and get fit. Our spacious facility was designed specifically for bouldering, meaning the majority of our climbing walls do not require ropes or any complex gear besides rock climbing shoes and a chalk bag.

WE ARE CLIMBERS! Beta is proud to have a talented, diverse, and knowledgeable staff of accomplished rock climbers. Check out our Staff Page to gain a deeper insight into who we are and what we have to offer.
We take pride in keeping the gym fresh and challenging for all climbing abilities. To prove it, we keep a real-time database of all the routes currently set in the facility and post it online in our Route Report. This way you’ll always know where the new routes are and when old ones are coming down.
Assumption of Risk: Rock climbing involves many risks and dangers that are inherent and integral to the sport. The exercise of good judgment, common sense and the proper use of equipment can help reduce these risks. However, you can do everything right and still be seriously injured, or killed. Please seek professional instruction before attempting this sport. Remember, your safety is your responsibility. The Beta does not require the use of a helmet at the gym, though we do provide them at no charge.
